Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of performance management, talent management, employee relations, and engagement practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders and provide guidance on people-related matters.
  • Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
  • Partner with leaders on workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and retention initiatives.
  • Support employee engagement programs and drive a positive employee experience across the business.
  • Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations where required, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Analyze people metrics and provide meaningful insights to nosiness leaders.
  • Facilitate organizational change initiatives and support business transformation efforts.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Conduct regular connect sessions with employees and managers to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations while ensuring HR deliverables are completed within defined timelines.
