Job summary

Sonali Wires LLP in India (RS Puram, Coimbatore) seeks an experienced HR professional to lead day-to-day HR activities at the RS PURAM location, with factory visits as required. You will develop and maintain HR policies, manage recruitment and manpower planning, and monitor attendance, discipline, and performance.

The role also covers handling grievances, engagement activities, records, and documentation, while coordinating between the corporate office and factory and supporting performance

Qualifications

• MBA / MSW / PGDM in HR or equivalent.
• 510 years of HR experience.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong employee-handling skills.
• Should be proactive, responsible, and organised.
• Should be confident in handling HR activities independently.
• Willing to visit the factory whenever required.
