Galaxy Cargo Services India - A DP world Company is seeking a proactive HR professional in Mumbai to handle Talent Acquisition, HR MIS & Reporting, and HR Generalist activities. The role spans end-to-end recruitment, partnering with managers, interview coordination, offers and joining formalities while maintaining HR data accuracy.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in HR Generalist/recruitment, strong MS Excel skills, and solid communication to manage multiple HR activities efficiently.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Executive / HR Recruiter roles.
• Strong experience in Talent Acquisition and end-to-end recruitment.
• Proficiency in HR MIS, reporting and advanced MS Excel.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple HR activities independently with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.

• Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
• Manage onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions and exits; maintain HR records.
• Address employee queries and support HR initiatives.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.

HR MIS & Reporting

• Prepare monthly HR MIS and reports.
• Maintain accurate reports on Headcount, Recruitment, Attrition, Manpower, and Employee Movement.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.

HR Generalist & Operations

• Manage key employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Address employee queries and support HR initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2 to 4 years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Executive / HR Recruiter roles.
• Strong experience in Talent Acquisition and end-to-end recruitment.
• Proficiency in HR MIS, reporting, and Advanced MS Excel.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
