Lakkshions It in India is seeking an HR Generalist to manage talent acquisition, payroll processing, and HRIS administration. You will oversee onboarding, background checks, attendance tracking, and policy compliance, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle operations across the organization.

The role requires 2–6 years in HR, hands-on experience with ATS, payroll, and HRIS systems, and a strong eye for detail and confidentiality.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job description

Role & Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Sourcing: Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts by posting job vacancies, sourcing candidates via job portals (Naukri, SignalHire, LinkedIn), conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate pipelines.
  


• Payroll & Financial Administration: Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing, attendance and leave management, vendor invoicing, bill payments, and statutory benefit deductions (PF, ESI, TDS).
  


• HRMS & Systems Administration: Maintain and update employee databases on HRIS/HRMS platforms (such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors), track employee records, and generate HR analytics and headcount reports.
  


• Employee Lifecycle & Operations: Oversee seamless onboarding, orientation, background verification (BGV), offer letter rollouts, documentation, and structured offboarding/exit procedures.
  


• Time & Attendance Management: Monitor employee timesheets, track shift rosters, resolve attendance discrepancies, and ensure accurate tracking for payroll inputs.
  


• Policy & Workplace Compliance: Implement company HR policies, ensure adherence to central and state labor standards, and manage day-to-day administrative operations.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA / PGDM in HR preferred).
  


• Experience: 2 to 6 years of hands-on experience in HR Generalist operations, recruitment, and payroll administration.
  


• Core Skills: Proficiency in ATS platforms, job portal sourcing, payroll execution, timesheet tracking, HRIS data management, and statutory compliance.
  


• Key Competencies: Strong organizational skills, clear written and verbal communication, high attention to detail, and absolute discretion when handling confidential payroll and employee data.
