Novel Office in Bengaluru seeks an experienced HR professional to lead Talent Acquisition, L&D, and HR Operations. You will oversee the TA team, coordinate with management, and drive HR programs to meet business goals.

The role requires 3–5 years in HR with hands-on training and employee lifecycle expertise. You will partner with leadership to implement effective people initiatives and ensure processes run smoothly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of HR experience with exposure to Talent Acquisition, L&D and HR Operations.
  • Experience in managing or coordinating HR teams/functions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence in interacting with management, stakeholders, employees and candidates.
  • Hands-on experience in Learning & Development, training coordination and employee development.
  • Strong understanding of HR Operations and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify gaps and provide practical recommendations.
  • Strong stakeholder management, organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple HR functions, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and HRMS/HR tools.
  • High level of ownership, professionalism, confidentiality and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Talent Acquisition team, monitor recruitment activities and team performance, and ensure hiring requirements are met within defined timelines.
  • Work closely with management and internal stakeholders through regular meetings, providing HR updates, addressing requirements, and presenting recommendations.
  • Plan and execute L&D initiatives, including identifying training needs, coordinating training programs, tracking participation, gathering feedback, and measuring effectiveness.
  • Work directly with employees and managers to identify skill gaps and development requirements and recommend suitable learning initiatives.
  • Handle and support day-to-day HR Operations, including employee lifecycle processes, HR documentation, employee records, policies, and HR-related queries.
  • Oversee and coordinate the HR teams activities, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and processes are effectively managed.
  • Prepare and present HR reports, TA metrics, L&D updates, employee insights, and team performance reports to management.
  • Identify gaps in existing HR processes and provide actionable recommendations to improve efficiency, employee experience, and HR effectiveness.
  • Support performance management, employee engagement, grievance handling, and employee relations initiatives.
  • Assist with payroll activities, including reviewing attendance, employee data, payroll inputs, and coordinating with relevant teams.
  • Ensure effective coordination between TA, L&D, HR Operations, employees, managers, and management.
  • Maintain high standards of communication, confidentiality, professionalism, and HR process compliance.
