Job summary

Tipping Mr Pink in Gurugram seeks a seasoned HR professional to lead recruitment and HR operations for a dynamic workplace. You will drive end-to-end hiring across multiple roles, manage onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities, and ensure accurate payroll inputs and compliance with Indian HR laws.

You will coordinate with stakeholders, maintain HR MIS and trackers, and handle attendance, leaves, and employee queries, ensuring smooth HR operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 24 years of experience in Recruitment & HR Operations.
• Strong sourcing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and HR MIS.
• Understanding of Indian HR statutory compliances.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across various roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and agencies.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure hiring TATs.
• Manage onboarding, employee documentation, transfers, confirmations, and exits.
• Handle attendance, leave, regularization, and employee queries.
• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and support F&F processing.
• Maintain employee records, HR MIS, and trackers.
• Support PF, ESI, PT, TDS, LWF, gratuity, and bonus compliance.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations.
