Role & responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Partner with hiring managers to source high-caliber talent, streamline the end-to-end selection process, oversee background verification, and deliver an exceptional candidate onboarding experience.
• Performance Management & Talent Development: Drive the operational execution of performance appraisal cycles, manage PMS data integrity, and serve as a first line of guidance for managers and employees on performance frameworks.
• Employee Engagement & Organizational Culture:
  
• Conceptualize and execute high-impact culture-building initiatives, including large-scale company events, festival celebrations, and annual sports tournaments (e.g., athletic meets, badminton championships).
• Facilitate employee engagement surveys, synthesize sentiment data into actionable insights, and support leadership in implementing retention strategies.
• Lead workplace culture and employee wellness programs to foster high team morale and strong organizational connect.
• HR Excellence & Operations: Ensure data accuracy across HR systems, support compliance and HR documentation, and continuously optimize core operational processes.
