Job summary

Designation: Senior Executive Human Resources

Role Summary

The Senior Executive HR & Campus Placements will manage key HR functions and drive student placements. The role will report directly to the Director and handle employee management, recruitment, performance management, engagement, and placement coordination.

Experience: 1 - 3 Years
Salary Bracket: 3 - 5 LPA
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Mode: On-site (Vashi, Navi Mumbai)
Travel Requirement: Candidate will be required to travel across MCTA's 3 centres in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

1) HR Generalist Responsibilities

• Handle overall HR operations and day-to-day HR activities.
• Manage employee onboarding, orientation, induction, and documentation.
• Handle employee grievances, HR queries, and retention initiatives.
• Coordinate payroll, incentives, bonus, attendance, and leave records.
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and procedures.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities and internal events.
• Coordinate quarterly and annual performance reviews with department heads.
• Ensure smooth HR operations and adherence to internal policies.

2) Talent Acquisition Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and manage candidate communication.
• Coordinate offer release and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Support bulk hiring and priority closures as required.

• Knowledge of payroll, attendance, and performance management.
