Job summary

Raptakos Brett And Company is seeking a Talent Acquisition & HR Generalist for Mumbai corporate office, with travel to plant locations as required. The role covers end-to-end recruitment and HR generalist activities across corporate and plant operations.

The incumbent will manage employee lifecycle, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance, reporting to the Manager – Human Resources. 5–8 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of HR generalist activities and recruitment experience.
• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• Knowledge of Indian labour laws and Maharashtra statutory compliance.

• Talent Acquisition & HR Generalist
• Designation – Senior Executive
• Experience: 5–8 Years
• Location: Mumbai – Corporate Office (Nariman Point/Worli), with travel to plant/factory locations as required.

Job Purpose

To independently execute recruitment and HR generalist activities for corporate functions and plant/factory operations, ensuring timely manpower fulfilment, smooth HR operations, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance support etc. The incumbent will work under the guidance of the Manager – HR and ensure effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and processes across assigned locations

Educational Qualification

• Additional certification in labour laws, payroll, recruitment, or HR operations would be an advantage.

Experience & Competencies

• - 5–8 years of relevant experience in HR generalist activities and recruitment.
• - Prior experience in corporate hiring and plant/factory recruitment preferred.
• - Working knowledge of Indian labour laws and Maharashtra statutory compliance requirements.
• - Practical exposure to HR operations, payroll coordination, employee lifecycle management, and HR MIS.
• - Good communication, coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• - Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS/HRIS, and recruitment portals.
• - Ability to independently manage assigned activities, prioritize deliverables, and elevate issues appropriately.
