Job summary

Safe Enterprises Retail Fixtures Limited in Navi Mumbai is seeking a capable Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations, end‑to‑end recruitment, payroll coordination, attendance management, and compliance with labour laws across the organization.

Ideal candidates will have 4–5 years of HR experience, an MBA/PGDM in HR, HR certifications are a plus, and a proven ability to work independently, drive training initiatives, and foster positive employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
• Manage employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and employee salary-related records.
• Maintain employee files, HRMIS, and statutory records.
• Draft appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and other HR documents.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws.
• Handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
• Conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees.
• Plan and coordinate employee training and development programs.
• Identify training needs and maintain training records and feedback.
• Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation process.
• Coordinate employee engagement and team-building activities.
• Handle exit formalities and full & final settlement process.
• Prepare HR reports, attendance reports, and MIS for management.
• Maintain discipline and workplace policies across departments.
