Job description

* Designation: Senior Executive or Team Lead (assigned based on candidate's experience).

* Budget: Up to ₹7 LPA (flexible up to ₹7.5–8 LPA for an exceptional candidate; hard ceiling of ₹9–10 LPA).

* Experience: 5+ years of core experience in Plant HR / Operations HR.

* Gender Preference: Male only (due to plant location situated inside a village area/outer skirts of Mumbai).

* Education: Strictly requires a Master’s degree—either MSW or MBA in HR (regular graduates without a Master's will not be considered).

* Core Responsibilities:

* End-to-end recruitment for plant workforce (production, operations, support teams).

* Onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and generalist operations.

* Organizing weekly employee engagement activities.

* Handling statutory compliance and factory-level compliances.

* Ideal Background: Experience in EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services), manufacturing, or telecom/electronics repair plants. Candidates with solely consultancy or corporate IT staffing experience are not suitable unless they have managed plant hiring.
