Experience & Qualification
- Experience: 5 to 7 years in Human Resources
- Education: Bachelor's Degree (mandatory)
- Preferred: Master's Degree in Human Resources
- Industry Preference: Retail, Real Estate, Hospitality, Hospitals, Premise Management
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Partner with business leaders for manpower planning.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Conduct candidate assessments and interviews.
- Build sourcing channels through agencies, institutes, and professional networks.
- Track hiring metrics and ensure timely closure of positions.
2. Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Governance
- Review payroll inputs and salary processing accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with statutory deductions and labour regulations.
- Manage employee benefits such as PF, gratuity, insurance, leave, and welfare schemes.
- Support and drive performance management cycles.
3. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Design and execute engagement and wellness initiatives.
- Manage recognition and reward programmes.
- Promote diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being.
- Develop annual engagement calendars and cultural activities.
4. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
- Handle confirmations, transfers, promotions, and separations.
- Maintain employee records and statutory documentation.
- Administer employment contracts, appointment letters, and policy communication.
- Develop HR policies, SOPs, and processes aligned with legal and organisational requirements.
