Techwaukee in Chennai is seeking an experienced Senior HR Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment across departments and levels. You will develop sourcing strategies, guide the recruitment team, and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely closures.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in HR recruitment, strong stakeholder management, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency with Naukri, LinkedIn, and ATS is preferred.
