Job summary

Brickwork India is seeking a Senior HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT, BPO, KPO, and finance-domain positions in Bangalore. This is a high-ownership, hands-on role working closely with hiring managers to drive timely closures in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating offers, and onboarding support, while building talent networks and reporting via dashboards.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in recruitment.
• BTech or MBA in HR is preferred.
• Experience recruiting for IT, BPO, KPO, and finance domains.
• High ownership and delivery-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination, offers, onboarding.
• Source candidates through recruitment platforms and social channels.
• Attract profiles via referrals and networks.
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate skill-based assessments for technical roles.
• Build active and passive candidate pipelines.
• Focus on high-quality hires while handling volume.
• Prepare recruitment dashboards and analytics for management.

Primary Responsibility:

• Collaboratewith business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding support.
• Source candidates through various recruitment and social media platforms
• Attract/invite profiles through referral programs and personal networks.
• Conduct initial screening and streamline the selection process in coordination with the hiring manager to conduct the skill-based assessments systematically for evaluating the technical competency of the applicants.
• Build talent networks to findqualifiedactive and passive candidates.
• Focus on the quality of hires while managing high volumes
• Prepare and present recruitment reports, hiring dashboards, and analyticstomanagement.

Competency / Skills:

• Prior experience working in the BFSI/KPO/ITdomain
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and reporting
• Being proactive anddesiringto take ownership
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
• Well-versed with the various job portals,Socialmedia, network sites, references,headhunting, database, etc., for active and passive candidate recruiting.
• Ability and willingness to learn and scale up skillset to the requirements of the organization.
