The incumbent will own sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding, while maintaining high-quality hires and robust recruitment analytics. 12:30 PM–9:30 PM IST schedule; work from office in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant recruitment experience.
• Experience in IT, BPO, KPO, and Finance domains.
• End-to-end recruitment lifecycle expertise.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in HR/related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding support.
• Source candidates through various recruitment and social media platforms.
• Attract/invite profiles through referral programs and personal networks.
• Conduct initial screening and streamline the selection process with skill-based assessments.
• Build talent networks to find qualified active and passive candidates.
• Focus on the quality of hires while managing high volumes.
• Prepare and present recruitment reports, dashboards, and analytics to management.

Job Summary

The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for IT, BPO, KPO, and Finance domains positions across the Group and working closely with hiring managers to drive timely closures in a fast-paced environment. This is a high-ownership, hands-on role ideal for recruiters who thrive in a delivery-focused environment.

Primary Responsibility

• Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding support.
• Source candidates through various recruitment and social media platforms
• Attract/invite profiles through referral programs and personal networks.
• Conduct initial screening and streamline the selection process in coordination with the hiring manager to conduct the skill-based assessments systematically for evaluating the technical competency of the applicants.
• Build talent networks to find qualified active and passive candidates.
• Focus on the quality of hires while managing high volumes
• Prepare and present recruitment reports, hiring dashboards, and analytics to management.

Competency / Skills

• Prior experience of working in the BFSI/KPO/IT domain
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and reporting
