Job summary

Pagaar India in Bangalore is seeking a dynamic HR/Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across Sales, BPO, Back Office, Retail and field staff.

The candidate should have 3 years of experience, Graduation or MBA HR, and be adept at building sourcing strategies, guiding juniors, and delivering closures within quick TAT. Female candidates are preferred; join a supportive team and grow with us.
