Job summary

Thakral One is seeking an IT Recruiter (BFSI domain) to join our team in Bangalore. The role involves end-to-end recruitment for IT requirements, from screening to joining formalities, with a focus on BFSI clients and contractual or permanent staffing.

The position is permanent and on-site at Hebbal, Bengaluru. Ideal candidates must have 2–4 years of IT recruitment experience, excellent communication, and hands-on experience with Naukri and other portals.

• Deliver IT requirements for clients and manage full recruitment life-cycle.
• Screen, source, interview, and manage offers/joins for IT roles.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, and portals.
• Identify and map external talent pools for critical positions.

Role: IT Recruiter (BFSI domain)

Experience: 2-4 years

Work Days: Monday to Friday

Location: Bangalore, Hebbal

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering on IT requirements of our clients
• Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial screening, sourcing the profiles, interviews, offers, joining formalities for IT requirements
• Use job boards, internet sourcing, social media and other modes to source candidates for the client
• Responsible for identifying and mapping the external talent pool toward critical positions and create a strong succession planning pool
• Client handling and client management experience is compulsory
• Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment for contract staffing
• Track daily recruiting activities and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates
• Meet monthly targets

Desired Skills

• Proven experience in IT Recruitment – C2H role and have worked for BFSI clients
• Mandatory experience in IT Recruitment, contractual staffing & permanent staffing
• Excellent communication skills
• Hands‑on experience in Naukri portal
• Self‑starter, self‑driven with an assertive, can‑do, go‑getter attitude
• Cold calling, mapping, sourcing, screening

Qualification

Any bachelor degree from a recognized university/college is preferred.
