Job summary

GSPANN Technologies, Inc. in Gurugram, India, is seeking a Senior HR Operations Specialist to lead onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and HR data reporting, ensuring a seamless and compliant employee experience.

You will manage end-to-end onboarding for technology hires, maintain accurate data across HRIS, build dashboards with Power BI and Excel, and collaborate with global stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or GCC environments.
• Manage full employee lifecycle including onboarding, promotions, transfers, changes, and offboarding for technology organizations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and HRIS reporting/analytics; proficiency in Microsoft Power BI is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, compliance requirements, employee data governance, and HR operational best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills for global teams.
• Ability to work independently with high attention to detail in a dynamic, high-growth technology environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure employee data remains accurate, confidential, and compliant across HR systems.
• Develop HR metrics, workforce reports, dashboards, and people analytics that enable data-driven decisions.
• Implement and administer HR policies, procedures, and employee guidelines across the organization.
• Support employees as the primary point of contact for queries related to HR operations, onboarding, and policies.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes, including promotions, transfers, organizational changes, and exits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, data privacy regulations, and governance standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple geographies to support global HR initiatives.

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, promotions, transfers, changes, and offboarding, for technology organizations.
• Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel and HRIS platforms for HR reporting and analytics; proficiency in Microsoft Power BI is an advantage.
• Demonstrate a sound understanding of HR policies, compliance requirements, employee data governance, and HR operational best practices.
• Apply strong verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills to engage effectively with global teams.
• Work with a high degree of independence, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills in a dynamic, high-growth technology environment.
