Coforge in Greater Noida is seeking an HR professional with hands-on experience in HR Operations, analytics, and reporting. The role focuses on onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and accurate data governance, with hands-on work in Power BI and Excel to drive workforce insights.

You will collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to deliver accurate MIS, dashboards, and analytics, enabling informed HR decisions and process improvements across the organization.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, Analytics or Reporting.
• Strong proficiency in data reporting, dashboards and governance.

Role Overview

We are looking for a HR professional with a strong blend of HR Operations and HR Analytics. The role requires hands-on experience in HR reporting, MIS, dashboard creation, data management, and employee lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage HR operations and employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, employee movements, and exits.
• Prepare HR MIS, reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics for leadership.
• Create and manage dashboards using Power BI and Advanced Excel.
• Ensure HR data accuracy through validation, auditing, and data governance.
• Coordinate with HRBPs and business stakeholders for reporting and HR requirements.
• Support process improvement, automation, and workforce reporting initiatives.
