Job summary

ABP Empower in Ludhiana, India, is seeking an experienced Senior HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, enhance recruitment strategies, and support employee relations. You will lead end-to-end recruitment, design compliant HR policies, coordinate performance reviews, handle payroll coordination, attendance, and benefits, and monitor HR metrics.
