• Manage employee relations, including handling employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee performance management processes, including assisting with performance reviews and development plans.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Analyze HR data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on current HR best practices and legal developments.

Qualifications
