Job Summary
We are seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented Senior HR Executive to join our Human Resources department. This role is pivotal in overseeing the day-to-day human resources operations. The ideal candidate will bring 3-4 years of progressive HR experience, demonstrating expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and employment law compliance.
As a trusted advisor to leadership, the Senior HR Executive will take ownership of the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to offboarding and retention.
This position requires a self-starter who can work autonomously, exercise sound judgment, and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism while supporting the strategic objectives of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and extending offers
- Develop and implement onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the organization
- Manage employee offboarding procedures, including conducting exit interviews and coordinating final settlements
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
- Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals
- Oversee the performance appraisal system, facilitating goal setting, reviews, and development planning
- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, resolving conflicts, and promoting a harmonious workplace
- Administer employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and retention strategies to boost morale
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs across the organization
Qualifications and Requirements
Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a
related field
Professional Experience
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience in an HR generalist or executive role
- Demonstrated experience managing recruitment and employee relations independently
- Proven track record of working effectively with senior leadership and executive teams
