• Respond to queries and clarifications raised by the client during tendering.
• Ensure all documents are compliant with tender requirements and standards.
• Assist in contract negotiations post-tender win if required.

• Manage online bid submission through portals like GEM, CPPP, eProcurement, etc.
• Track live tenders and ensure timely completion and submission.
• Maintain tender records and documentation.
