Job summary

TP in Mumbai seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition specialist to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, attracting top candidates and partnering with hiring managers to meet dynamic staffing needs.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, conduct interviews and onboarding, analyze HR metrics, and build relationships with external partners to optimize talent pipelines.
