Enhancor Services in Pune is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment, from JD creation to onboarding.

The role requires 4–5 years of TA experience, MBA/PGDM in HR, and proficiency with Naukri RMS, LinkedIn Recruiter, HRMS/ATS, and advanced Excel. You will partner with department heads to meet hiring timelines and build a strong candidate pipeline.

• Proficiency with Naukri RMS, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar tools.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS/ATS.
• MS Excel – pivot tables and VLOOKUP knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from JD to onboarding.
• Source candidates via portals, referrals and direct search.
• Conduct L1 screening calls to assess fit and expectations.
• Schedule L2/L3 rounds with hiring managers and panels.
• Maintain pipeline and update recruitment tracker in real time.
• Prepare weekly MIS reports and pipeline analytics.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle JD creation, sourcing, screening, offer rollout, and onboarding coordination
• Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, and Boolean/direct search
• Conduct L1 screening calls assess fitment, CTC/ECTC expectations, and notice period
• Schedule and coordinate L2/L3 rounds with hiring managers and panel members
• Maintain real-time pipeline status in the recruitment tracker (sourced, screened, interviewed, offered, joined)
• Prepare weekly MIS reports – TAT analysis, pipeline health, sourcing channel efficiency, offer-to-join ratio
• Coordinate with department heads on role requirements and hiring timelines
• Post and manage job openings across portals
• Support employer branding – LinkedIn content, referral drives, campus connects
• Ensure compliance with internal hiring SOPs and documentation standards

Required Qualification

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent
• 4–5 years of hands-on TA/recruitment experience (in-house or RPO)
• Proficiency with Naukri RMS, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar sourcing tools
• Hands-on experience with HRMS/ATS
• Working knowledge of MS Excel – pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic dashboards
• Strong written and verbal communication for stakeholder and candidate interaction
• Ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously with defined TAT adherence
