Job summary

Ardex Endura India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a results-driven field sales professional to drive revenue for adhesives and tile care products across the Tamil Nadu region, including Salem.

You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sustainable growth in line with the company strategy. You will regularly engage with dealers and sub-dealers, pursue project opportunities, and build long-lasting relationships with architects, builders, and contractors to meet volume and value

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of sales experience in building industry
• Strong B2B and B2C sales background
• Experience with dealer, distributor, contractor, and project sales
• Good understanding of construction industry and product applications
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Familiarity with market mapping and territory management

Responsibilities

• Sell adhesives and tile care products within the territory
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive growth aligned with company strategy
• Engage dealers/sub-dealers and maintain long-term relationships
• Develop and maintain project sales by mapping opportunities and targeting key accounts

The candidate will be responsible for the sales of Adhesives and Tile care products with in the territory. The Sales candidate has to work closely with the sales and Marketing team to ensure sustainable business growth in line with the overall company strategy and goals.

Regularly deal with dealers for getting our products specified in Projects Developing & maintaining. Dealer/Sub dealer network There by achieving Volume & Value Targets. ensuring long-term business relationships, Work within the relevant industry segment.
