Ardex Endura India Pvt. Ltd. in Chennai is seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive the sale of adhesives and tile care products within the territory.

You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure sustainable growth aligned with the company’s strategy and goals. The role requires building and maintaining a strong dealer/distributor network, achieving volume and value targets, and developing long-term relationships with builders, contractors, and architects.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience in adhesives or construction products is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage dealer/distributor networks.
• Experience in project sales with builders/architects.
• Strong market analysis and territory mapping skills.

Job Description:

The candidate will be responsible for the sales of Adhesives and Tile care products with in the territory. The Sales candidate has to work closely with the sales and Marketing team to ensure sustainable business growth in line with the overall company strategy and goals.

Regularly deal with dealers getting our products specified in Projects Developing & maintaining. Dealer/Sub dealer network There by achieving Volume & Value Targets. ensuring long-term business relationships, Work within the relevant industry segment.

• Ability to manage B2B and B2C sales
