Job summary

Ardex Endura (India) Pvt ltd is seeking a sales professional responsible for selling adhesives and tile care products within the territory. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive sustainable growth in line with company goals.

The role involves regular interaction with dealers and sub-dealers to secure project specifications, expand the network, and achieve volume and value targets while maintaining long-term business relationships in the construction industry.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of sales experience in the building industry.
• Strong B2B and B2C sales background.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Familiarity with market mapping and territory management.

Responsibilities

• Sell adhesives and tile care products within the territory.

The candidate will be responsible for the sales of Adhesives and Tile care products with in the territory. The Sales candidate has to work closely with the sales and Marketing team to ensure sustainable business growth in line with the overall company strategy and goals.

Regularly deal with dealersfor getting our products specified in Projects Developing & maintaining. Dealer/Sub dealer network There by achieving Volume & Value Targets. ensuring long-term business relationships, Work within the relevant industry segment.
