Asian Paints is seeking a dynamic sales and market development professional to drive unit-level objectives, foster dealer relationships, and promote new products. The role focuses on planning, execution, and collaboration with the sales team to achieve value growth.

Candidates should have a graduation and preferably an MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing. A full-time daytime course is required, with a strong emphasis on target achievement and customer centricity.

• MBA/PGDM preferred for Sales & Marketing roles.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare monthly plan to achieve assigned business objectives for the unit.
• Collaborate with sales team to achieve unit level targets through reviews and guidance.
• Identify opportunities and initiatives to promote new products.
• Analyze unit sales data to improve KPIs and drive core product sales.
• Maintain productive dealer relationships and support value growth.
• Review dealer queries and assist sales team in resolving them.

Description

Business objectives

• Prepare plan to achieve the assigned business objectives for the Unit on a monthly level and work towards achievement of targets
• Collaborate with sales team in achieving overall unit level value and volume targets through regular reviews and guidance
• Ensure smooth implementation and execution of all initiatives and schemes being launched at unit level
• Identify opportunities and come up with initiatives to promote the sale of new products
• Analyze unit level sales data and take measures to improve the key performance parameters
• Drive sale for core products by identifications of opportunities and schemes

Market Development

• Maintain productive relationship with dealers through regular visits and facilitate dealers in achieving value growth
• Work towards gaining market share in specific clusters by expanding network and upgrading value growth of existing network
• Review dealer queries on a periodic basis and assist to sales team in resolving the queries as and when required

Market Intelligence

• Study and analyze market practices and offerings and provide input for Unit level planning

Customer centricity

• Monitor and ensure customer and dealer complaints resolution within benchmark timelines

Contractor engagement:

• Maintain healthy contractor set for the unit by engaging with them through relevant trainings and meets and enrollment in loyalty programs

Collections

• Plan effective money circulation with dealers to ensure timely collections and monitor the outstanding payments and defaulters for the unit

Integration

• Integrate with other verticals like project sales, services, retailing by sharing relevant leads and implementation of schemes to promote value growth

Team management

• Ensure effective utilization of manpower resource for driving sales

  Ensure grooming and induction of new officers /into the system

Essential

• Graduate Degree in any stream BA/BSc/BCom/BBA/BBM/BMS
• A minimum of 50% marks throughout education without any backlogs
• Graduation must be through a full time day course
