Job summary

Brego Business Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai is seeking a Senior HR Executive to join our HR team, with relocation from Lower Parel to Ghatkopar. You will lead end-to-end recruitment across functions, coordinate interviews, extend offers, and drive onboarding and PMS activities.

Ideal candidates will manage sourcing through major portals, provide timely feedback, and foster employee engagement while ensuring compliance with HR policies and processes.

Qualifications

• Sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for relevant candidates as per the job requirements.
• Providing timely feedback to interviewed candidates and ensuring effective communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Rolling out offer letters, negotiating salaries, and ensuring successful closures for smooth onboarding.
• Managing end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions across Accounts, Marketing, HR, Operations, and Sales.
• Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Apna, and Indeed, including candidate sourcing and providing an overview of the company and job description.
• Handling end-to-end employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
• Planning and coordinating employee engagement activities to enhance employee satisfaction and workplace culture.
• Addressing employee queries and providing timely support on HR-related matters, policies, and processes.
• Assisting in Performance Management System (PMS) activities, including performance reviews, feedback coordination, and documentation.
