Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring new employees.
• Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Develop and implement construction work policies in alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
• Conduct job analysis to determine the requirements and responsibilities of various roles within the organization.
• Coordinate and manage HR activities such as meetings, interviews, and other schedules to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement basic Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for staff, ensuring clarity and consistency in HR processes.
• Manage leads related to HR activities, including salary negotiations, administrative tasks, and termination processes.

About the Role

• Work closely with senior HR managers to better understand the hiring needs of the company across various verticals and roles
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, as a talent acquisition specialist, HR head-hunter and HR recruiter
• Foster and build relationships with potential candidates and effectively use the database to fill in existing roles
• Coordinate and partner with the talent acquisition team to design and execute recruitment strategies
