Job summary

Alpauls in Vasai near Mumbai is seeking a proactive HR Executive with 1+ year of recruitment and core HR operations experience to manage end-to-end processes including onboarding, attendance, leaves, and payroll input preparation.

You will source candidates via portals and networks, coordinate interviews, maintain employee records in HRMS, handle inquiries on policies and benefits, and contribute to employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any field.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on experience in recruitment, core HR operations, or generalist role.
• Proficiency with HRMS tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and ATS.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication with strong interpersonal abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
• Source candidates through job portals, social media channels, campus placements, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary screening interviews, and coordinate subsequent interview rounds with department managers.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment communication, candidate feedback, and job offer negotiations.
• Onboarding & Employee Operations
• Handle the complete onboarding process for new hires, including background verification, document collection, and induction sessions.
• Maintain and update employee records (soft and hard copies) in HRMS tools.
• Process daily attendance, leave management, and assist in payroll input preparation.
• Employee Engagement & HR Operations
• Plan and execute employee engagement programs, team-building activities, and celebration events to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and office procedures.
• Assist in performance appraisal processes and statutory compliance management.
