Job summary

Runwal Realty in Mumbai seeks an analytical Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll operations, statutory compliance, and employee lifecycle settlements. Proficiency in HRMS (preferably PeopleStrong) and Excel is essential for accuracy and confidentiality.

The role involves processing payroll for on-roll and contractual staff, managing attendance, settlements, reimbursements, and ensuring compliance with PF/ESIC/PT/TDS. Strong MS Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of core payroll experience (Real Estate / Construction industry preferred).
• Hands-on expertise in PeopleStrong HRMS or similar HRMS.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS).

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Payroll Processing for on-roll and contractual staff via HRMS (preferably PeopleStrong).
• Attendance & Leave Management - biometric data reconciliation, shift rosters & leave balances.
• Full & Final Settlements - Gratuity, leave encashment, recoveries and timely clearance.
• Variable Pay & Claims - reimbursements, bonus and appraisal increments.
• Compliance & Audits - payroll variance reports, headcount dashboards & statutory audit support.
• Employee Query Resolution related to payroll and taxation.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in HRMS (preferably PeopleStrong or any other HRMS) with a proven track record of accuracy and confidentiality.
