Job summary

Scrubsy, India’s leading foam-based household cleaner, is seeking a Senior/Executive - HR to drive end-to-end recruitment and support broader people operations. This hands-on generalist role requires owning the hiring pipeline, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing onboarding, documentation, and compliance tasks.

• Comfortable managing multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.

Role: Senior/Executive - HR

Brief: We are looking for a HR to primarily drive end-to-end recruitment across functions, while also supporting broader HR operations — onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, and compliance-adjacent tasks. This is a hands-on generalist role for someone who enjoys owning the hiring pipeline but is equally comfortable stepping into other people-ops responsibilities as the need arises.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles — sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and closing offers
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), referrals, and other channels; maintain a healthy, active pipeline for open positions
• Coordinate and conduct initial screening rounds; manage candidate communication and experience through the hiring funnel
• Draft and release offer letters, negotiate compensation, and manage pre-onboarding formalities
• Support new joiners' onboarding — documentation, induction scheduling, etc.
• Assist with HR operations tasks including employee records management, HRMS updates, etc.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and culture-building activities
• Coordinate offboarding formalities, including exit documentation
• Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring dashboards for leadership visibility

What We Are Looking For

Mandatory Requirement

• 2+ years of experience in HR, with a primary focus on end-to-end recruitment.
• Hands-on experience sourcing candidates via job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed etc.) and managing the full hiring funnel independently
• Strong communication and coordination skills to manage candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; HR specialization (MBA/PGDM in HR) preferred but not mandatory
• Comfortable managing multiple open positions and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirement

• Prior experience in FMGC, retail, D2C or manufacturing industries
• Prior exposure to HR operations tasks beyond recruitment — onboarding, documentation, HRMS, or employee engagement
• Familiarity with HRMS/ATS tools and MS Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
• Basic understanding of labour compliance and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, etc.)
