PSA BDP, a member of the PSA Group, is a global provider of integrated supply chain and logistics solutions. We are seeking a Senior Executive / Asst. Manager - Order Processing (SAP & Logistics) to join our operations team in Mumbai.

The role focuses on processing customer orders in SAP, coordinating with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics and Customer Service, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining accurate records and KPI dashboards.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in SAP Sales Order Processing.
• Post Graduation preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics by a licensed educational institution.
• High standard of computer literacy with Microsoft Office applications and relevant transport management applications.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and timely in SAP.
• Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, and Customer Service teams for seamless order fulfillment.
• Track order status from receipt to delivery and ensure adherence to customer requirements.
• Prepare sales orders, delivery documents, invoices, and shipment-related documentation.
• Monitor inventory availability and coordinate dispatch planning.
• Liaise with transporters, freight forwarders, and warehouses to ensure timely deliveries.
• Resolve order, logistics, and shipment-related issues proactively.
• Maintain order records, MIS reports, and KPI dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and customer-specific requirements.
