Job summary

PSA BDP is seeking an Executive/Senior Executive-Contract Logistics in Mumbai to manage end-to-end logistics coordination with customers and stakeholders. The role emphasizes MIS reporting, cost tracking, timely operations closure, and adherence to SOPs while handling escalations and invoice variances.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of freight forwarding experience and an MBA in Supply Chain or Logistics, with strong MS Office and transport management system skills.

Qualifications

• 2 years of demonstrated experience in Freight forwarding and Logistics operations.
• MBA preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics by a licensed educational institution.
• High standard of computer literacy with Microsoft Office applications and relevant transport management applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end process of co-ordinations with customer and other stake holders.
• Preparation MIS and related reports according to customer requirements.
• Update estimated cost and revenue in each job in timely manner.
• Ensure timely closure of day-to-day operations.
• Inventory Management
• Maintain Occupancy report and share with stake holders
• SOP adherence
• Handling customer complaints and RCA
• Outward operations with co-ordinations all stake holders ( Customer , CHA , FTWZ )
• Follow up on missing information / disputed invoices with relevant stakeholders
• Ensure supplier invoices are received as per agreed rates and escalate if variations.
• Closely follow up with Operations for timely hand over of files and escalate if timelines are not adhered to by Operations.
