Job summary

PSA BDP in India is seeking an experienced SAP Sales Order Processing professional to manage orders from receipt to delivery. You will collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, and Customer Service to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.

The role requires 3-6 years in SAP order processing and a postgraduate degree in Supply Chain or Logistics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transport management applications is expected.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in SAP Sales Order Processing.
• Post Graduation preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics by a licensed educational institution.
• High standard of computer literacy with Microsoft Office applications and relevant transport management applications.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and timely in SAP.
• Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, and Customer Service teams for seamless order fulfillment.
• Track order status from receipt to delivery and ensure adherence to customer requirements.
• Prepare sales orders, delivery documents, invoices, and shipment-related documentation.
• Monitor inventory availability and coordinate dispatch planning.
• Liaise with transporters, freight forwarders, and warehouses to ensure timely deliveries.
• Resolve order, logistics, and shipment-related issues proactively.
• Maintain order records, MIS reports, and KPI dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and customer-specific requirements.
