Job summary

PSA BDP is seeking a Manager – Import Management & Logistics Execution to ensure seamless end-to-end import order flow by coordinating with service providers, carriers, brokers, and internal stakeholders. You will oversee demand translation, carrier allocation, booking, and shipment movement, maintaining data quality and driving improvements.

You will lead or support projects to improve cost, service, capacity, and network performance while ensuring governance and compliance across operations.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in Import Operations, SAP, Freight Forwarding, Logistics & Supply Chain, Freight Audit and Cost Control.
• Post Graduation preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics by a licensed educational institution.
• High standard of computer literacy with Microsoft Office applications and relevant transport management applications.

Responsibilities

• To manage ocean carriers, drayage providers, customs brokers, and other logistics service providers against agreed capacity, cost, service, and compliance expectations.
• Build effective coordination among Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, sites, customer service teams, and logistics service providers.
• Control end-to-end execution from demand translation and allocation through booking, shipment movement, terminal release, drayage, site delivery, and operational closure.
• Maintain stable daily operations through freight audit, performance monitoring, cost control, issue resolution, reporting, and process governance.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, governance, and timely maintenance of operational and reporting master data.
• Lead or support cost, service, capacity, network, data, and process improvement projects.

Job Description:

The Manager – Import Management & Logistics Execution will be responsible and accountable for ensuring seamless end-to-end import order flow by managing logistics service providers, internal stakeholders, ocean carriers, drayage providers, customs brokers, ports, terminals, and receiving sites.

The position will oversee demand translation, carrier allocation, booking execution, container availability, drayage coordination, shipment visibility, exception management, freight audit, supplier performance, master data governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
