Job summary

Gng Electronics in Mumbai is seeking an HR - Executive / Sr. Executive to lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to presenting candidates to clients.

The role requires designing effective hiring strategies and identifying new candidate sources while managing paperwork. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills with experience across non-tech and tech hiring, and proficiency with recruitment databases.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Experience with Job Boards, LinkedIn, and alternate sourcing tools.
• Experience hiring for non-tech and tech roles.
