Job summary

Aakash Educational Services (AESL) is seeking an experienced recruitment professional to own the end-to-end lifecycle, from sourcing to closing. You will screen profiles, assess fit, and develop talent pools through creative sourcing across job portals and social networks, while engaging with managers to understand needs and timelines.

You will craft impactful job descriptions, manage campus hiring, and ensure proper documentation, offers, and onboarding letters.

Qualifications

• Graduate qualification required.
• 3-6 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Social media recruitment via LinkedIn/Twitter desirable.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Willingness to learn and strong analytical ability.
• Good analytical and logical skills.

Responsibilities
