• Talent Acquisition & Lifecycle Management – End-to-end recruitment and employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit).
• HR Operations & Compliance – Documentation, HRMS, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity).
• Performance & Development – KRA/KPI-based performance management and L&D/training initiatives.
• Employee Relations & Engagement – Business partnering, workforce planning, engagement, and grievance resolution.
• HR Analytics & Process Improvement – MIS reports, workforce analytics, and continuous policy/process improvement.
