Job summary

Jujhar Motors in Ludhiana is seeking an HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment, PMS, payroll, MIS, and employee lifecycle processes. The role requires coordinating with department heads to ensure HR operations run smoothly and on time.

You will be responsible for preparing monthly HR MIS, tracking headcount, attrition, and payroll data, and supporting career development and increments as needed. The position is on-site in Ludhiana.

• Manage complete PMS cycle including KRA/KPI setting, goal setting, performance reviews and appraisals.
• Handle monthly payroll including attendance, leaves, incentives, deductions and salary revisions.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end white-collar recruitment for executive and managerial positions.
• Maintain recruitment tracker and hiring MIS.

2. Performance Management System (PMS)

• Manage the complete PMS cycle.
• Coordinate KRA/KPI setting, goal setting, performance reviews and appraisals.
• Monitor PMS timelines and ensure completion across departments.
• Prepare performance-related reports and MIS.
• Support increments, promotions and career development processes.

3. Payroll

• Independently manage monthly payroll .
• Verify attendance, leave, LOP, incentives, deductions, salary revisions and other payroll inputs.
• Coordinate with Finance for payroll processing and salary disbursement.
• Ensure accuracy of payroll data and statutory deductions.
• Resolve employee payroll-related queries in a timely manner.

4.HR MIS & Analytics

• Prepare monthly HR MIS covering:
• Headcount
• Recruitment & joining
• Attrition
• Employee movement
• PMS status
• Payroll
• Attendance & leave

5.HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

• Manage employee lifecycle from Hiring to Exit.
• Coordinate with employees and department heads for day-to-day HR requirements.
• Ensure HR processes are implemented accurately and within defined timelines.
