Job summary

Sppl Property Management in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to drive cost estimation, BOQ preparation and billing for HVAC, electrical, fire fighting, plumbing, and ELV systems. You will manage variations, invoices, and vendor bids for large-scale commercial projects.

The ideal candidate has 6–8 years in MEP QS, strong Excel and AutoCAD skills, and exposure to data centers or IT campuses.

Qualifications

• BOQ preparation, estimation, rate analysis, and contract administration are required.
• Hands-on experience in quantity surveying, estimation, billing, and cost management for HVAC and related systems.
• Experience with commercial buildings, IT parks, corporate campuses, data centers, or large-scale projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs from drawings and specifications.
• Estimate and cost for HVAC, Electrical, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, and ELV systems.
• Prepare and verify client bills, subcontractor bills, and measurement sheets.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
• Evaluate variations, change orders, and additional scope works.
• Review and certify contractor and subcontractor invoices.
• Coordinate with project, procurement, and planning teams for commercial activities.
• Support vendor evaluation and commercial bid analysis.
• Maintain project cost reports, quantity records, and contractual documentation.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and project commercial procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Profile

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred).
• 6-8 years of relevant experience in MEP Quantity Surveying.
• Strong exposure to HVAC commercial activities and billing.
• Sound knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, rate analysis, and contract administration.
• Proficient in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
• Experience in commercial buildings, IT parks, corporate campuses, data centers, or large-scale construction projects.
