• BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of BOQs from approved drawings and specifications.
• Quantity take-off for Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Fighting, HVAC, STP, WTP, and Infrastructure utilities.
• Preparation and verification of RA Bills and Final Bills.
• Contractor and subcontractor bill certification.
• Preparation of rate analysis and cost estimates.
• Verification of site measurements and quantity reconciliation.
• Review of tender documents and technical specifications.
• Preparation of variation statements, extra item claims, and change orders.
• Cost monitoring and budget tracking throughout project execution.
• Coordination with site, design, procurement, and accounts teams.
• Preparation of techno-commercial comparisons and vendor evaluations.
• Monitoring material consumption against BOQ quantities.
• Preparation of project cost reports and MIS reports.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor with 2-4 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Billing, Estimation, and Cost Control of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works.
