Job summary

Ridhi Construction in India is seeking an experienced MEP estimator to prepare estimates, BOQs and quantity take-offs for diverse building projects.

You will conduct rate analysis, project costing and client/subcontractor billing, verify measurements and invoices, reconcile materials, and coordinate with site teams. The role covers estimation and billing for HVAC, Fire Fighting, Electrical, Plumbing and ELV works, including variation statements.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline.
• 5 years' relevant experience in MEP estimation, costing and billing.
• Experience in building/construction projects preferred.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD
• Good understanding of MEP drawings, specifications, BOQs and quantity measurement
• Ability to independently handle estimation, billing and material reconciliation
