Job summary

TopGear Consultants Pvt Ltd. in Bengaluru seeks a Senior Engineer/Assistant Manager - Sales with 3–7 years of HVAC sales experience. You will lead sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors to drive revenue and project closures.

You will manage techno-commercial negotiations, coordinate with internal teams, and mentor the sales force to meet business objectives, with travel as required.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of relevant experience in HVAC sales.
• Strong track record in chiller and heat pump sales.
• Proven experience in business development and key account management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Willing to travel as per business requirements.
