A leading HVAC manufacturing company in Mumbai is seeking a results-driven sales professional to develop and execute strategies for HVAC chiller and heat pump solutions.

You will identify opportunities, build client relationships, lead negotiations, prepare techno-commercial proposals, and coordinate with engineering, project management and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for HVAC Chillers and Heat Pumps to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and end customers.
• Drive technical sales, product presentations, solution selling, negotiations, and closure of high-value deals.
• Prepare and manage techno-commercial proposals, tenders, quotations, and sales pipelines.
• Provide technical expertise on HVAC systems, Chillers, Heat Pumps, applications, and system integration.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, sales performance, MIS, and business forecasts.
• Lead and mentor the sales team while coordinating with engineering, project management, and logistics teams for smooth execution.
