Job summary

The Search House in Gurugram, Haryana, India, is seeking a performance marketing professional to optimize paid campaigns, drive SEO initiatives, and improve conversions across websites and landing pages. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance lead quality and ROI through data-driven strategies.

The role requires hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, GTM, and CMS platforms, plus strong analytical and Excel skills to support experiments and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3 -8 years of experience in performance marketing and SEO, ideally in lead generation.
• Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, GTM and CMS platforms.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills, with a data-driven, experimental mindset.

Responsibilities

• Run and optimise paid campaigns on Google, Meta, YouTube and Display to improve CPL, CPO and ROAS.
• Manage the website and landing pages, and improve conversions through CRO and A/B testing.
• Lead SEO, hyperlocal SEO, Google Business Profile, and AI search optimisation (AIO and AEO).
• Track performance on GA4 and dashboards, measure ROI and share insights.
• Use AI and marketing automation tools to improve campaigns, reporting and lead nurturing.
• Work with the Sales, CRM, Creative and IT teams and with agencies to improve lead quality.
