Job summary

Recruit CRM in Gurugram is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing professional with 3–8 years of experience in lead generation and digital advertising. The role focuses on running paid campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube and Display, optimizing CPL, CPO and ROAS while improving conversions via CRO and A/B testing.

You will oversee SEO, hyperlocal SEO and AI-enabled search optimization, track performance with GA4, and collaborate with Sales, CRM, Creative and IT teams to boost lead

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in performance marketing and SEO, ideally in lead generation.
• Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, GTM and CMS platforms.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills, with a data-driven mindset.
