Job summary

Progressive Techserve in Lucknow seeks an IT Support Technician to provide remote and basic onsite assistance. You will respond to incidents, troubleshoot Windows OS, Outlook, and desktop issues, and manage tickets to resolution.

You will also assist with Active Directory user accounts, DNS/DHCP, printers, and network connectivity, coordinating with internal IT teams for more complex problems while delivering friendly, customer-focused service.
